We call you back and set a time for visit one.
On that visit we find where the water went and tell you what it needs. You owe nothing for it, whatever you decide.
If the water’s still moving when we arrive, we explain the extraction and agree it with you on the spot. Everything after that goes on the plan with its price, usually on the first visit, and waits for your OK.

If you rent, send it anyway. After the visit, your landlord or manager gets the same photos and numbers you do.
